    intelligence application that assists users in creating, publishing, and
    analysing LinkedIn content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect,
    use, store, and protect your information when you use our application.
  2. Information We Collect 2.1 Information you provide directly
  • Name and email address (used for account creation and login)
  • Content profile details such as niche, writing style, and tone preferences
  • Target audience descriptions
  • Content prompts and instructions you enter into the application 2.2 Information collected via LinkedIn OAuth When you connect your LinkedIn account, we collect:
  • LinkedIn member ID (person URN)
  • Name and email address associated with your LinkedIn account
  • OAuth access token used to perform actions on your behalf With your explicit authorisation, we may also access:
  • Posts you have published on LinkedIn
  • Engagement data including likes, comments, and shares on your posts
  • LinkedIn profile information you have made available via the API We access LinkedIn data only with your explicit consent through LinkedIn’s
    OAuth authorisation flow and only to the extent necessary to provide the
    application’s features. 2.3 Usage data
  • Application activity logs for debugging and performance monitoring
  • API usage statistics such as token counts and model usage for cost tracking
  1. How We Use Your Information We use your information solely to:
  • Operate and provide the application’s content creation features
  • Publish content to LinkedIn on your behalf when you request it
  • Retrieve and display your LinkedIn post engagement metrics
  • Improve AI-generated content recommendations based on your past performance
  • Maintain your account and application preferences We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose
    beyond the direct operation of the application.
  1. LinkedIn Data — Specific Terms Data obtained via the LinkedIn API is used strictly in accordance with
    LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use. Specifically:
  • We access only the LinkedIn data necessary for the features you use
  • LinkedIn data is not sold, transferred, or shared with any third party
  • LinkedIn data is not used to train machine learning models
  • You may disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time, after which we
    will cease accessing your LinkedIn data
  • Upon request, we will delete all LinkedIn data associated with your
    account within 30 days
  1. Data Storage and Security Your data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by Amazon Web Services
    (AWS). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to
    protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration,
    disclosure, or destruction. OAuth access tokens are stored in encrypted form and are used only to
    perform actions you have explicitly authorised.
  2. Data Sharing and Third Parties We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We use the following third-party services to operate the application:
  • Anthropic and OpenAI — AI content generation. Your content prompts are
    sent to these services. No personal profile data is shared with them.
  • Amazon Web Services — cloud infrastructure and data storage
  • LinkedIn — post publishing and data retrieval via the LinkedIn API Each third party is bound by their own privacy policies and data
    processing terms.
  1. Data Retention We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request
    deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting
    us at the email address below. We will fulfil all deletion requests within
    30 days.
  2. Your Rights Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for LinkedIn data access by disconnecting your account
    within the application at any time

    not knowingly collect personal data from children.
